Making this St Patricks day slime was so much fun! My family and I love to make slime, but we especially love to make green slime that represents one of our favorite months of the year.

Make Slime Without Borax

TIP: This slime or any other slime can easily be made without Borax. All you need is LIQUID STARCH and glue. It’s easy-peasy. Liquid Starch can be hard to find in stores. But you can pick up an inexpensive container of liquid starch here (the same kind I use). I also like to purchase my glue in bulk so that we can make slime anytime we want. Plus it’s a lot cheaper to buy glue in larger quantities.

How To Make St Patricks Day Slime

In a large bowl pour the 1/2 cup of glue into 1/2 cup water and stir. Make sure you stir everything together well.

Next add the green food coloring and glitter to the glue mixture. I used about 4 drops to my glue. You can add more for a darker color.  Mix everything together well.

Add in small amounts of the liquid starch to the glue mixture and stir. Make sure you don’t add it in all at once. Add the liquid starch until you get the slime consistency that you want. It should not be sticky. If it’s sticky add more starch.

Knead the slime for a few minutes and it will set up nicely.
