The 2015 Yukon gets an average of 18 MPG which is great for this full size SUV. It holds up to 26 Gallons of Fuel which is great for those long road-trips because it seems like you can go further without having to refuel.
We drove the Yukon to Arkansas and back and this was by far the longest road trip we have taken with our family. It was about a 6 hour drive to Arkansas and I was a little worried about how my kids would do. Well, I didn’t have anything to worry about because they LOVED the drive. They were able to stretch out comfortably in their bucket seats, watch a movie, play a video game and even adjust the temperature of their area in the SUV to their own personal preference. If you have to take a road trip, this is the way to do it.
One of my favorite features is the folding seats. If you have ever owned an SUV, you know how much of a hassle it can be to fold the seats down and put them back up again. With the 2015 Yukon you can easily fold down the seats with the touch of a button. Whether you want one seat down or both, it’s so easy my kids could do it.
The Yukon comes with 6 months of OnStar Directions and Connections and 5 years of basic OnStar. I will never buy a vehicle that doesn’t have OnStar capability again. It’s such an important thing to have when traveling and has saved me and the hubby a time or two. The Yukon also has plenty of USB ports to charge your phones and even a 110-Volt AC Power Outlet.
Overall the 2015 Yukon is an amazing vehicle. It’s perfect for guys because it’s big and has all the bells & whistles and perfect for the ladies because it’s easy to drive, spacious, and has outstanding safety features.
