Thanksgiving is less than 2 weeks away and one of my favorite desserts to make is Lemon Meringue Pie. The pie itself is super easy to make, but sometimes the meringue can be a little tricky if you don’t have the right recipe. Below is my go to meringue recipe that is fool-proof every time! Meringue can be used on a variety of pies like chocolate, coconut, and my favorite lemon.
Ingredients:(This is enough for one pie)
- 4 Egg Whites
- 6 Tablespoons of White Sugar
The first thing you need to do is carefully separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. It is very important that you don’t get any of the yolk into the egg whites or it won’t set up properly.
