Nickelodeon’s popular Winx Club is back with an all-new CGI TV movie and seven bonus episodes overflowing with adventure from the fifth season of the hit series. We were sent this DVD about a week ago to review and my daughter Aubrey LOVES it! She was already a Winx Club fan but now she can watch the show anytime she likes.
Reunited with her birth parents, Bloom is now living as a princess of Domino. Her happiness is short lived when Sky is forbidden by his own father to escort her to the Princess Ball and the ancestral witches team up with the Trix to erase all positive magic from the Magic Dimension! Only by defeating the witches can the Winx restore the positive magic the entire Dimension and regain their own powers.
This movie runs for about 45 minutes and is just the perfect amount of time to keep my daughter entertained while I get a few chores done. She loves Winx dolls so it was no surprise that she really enjoyed this movie.
Included with the DVD is 7 bonus episodes from Winx Club the popular Nick show. Whenever your done watching the movie your kids can play the “Which Winx Club Fairy are you most like” Quiz that come inside the DVD. Winx Magical Adventures will be available in stores and online August 13th so be sure to keep an eye out for it.
