Becoming a blogger was one of the best things that I have ever done. Not only has it allowed me to work from home and spend more time with my family, but it’s given me endless opportunities that I am so very thankful for. I’ve also made some pretty amazing friends along the way. But one of the best parts about this job is the adventures I get to take with those friends. I’ve been zip lining over the Smokey Mountains, interviewing celebrities, conquering my fears at Halloween Horror Nights and even tasting exotic foods I swore I’d never eat. Having a friend to go on these adventures with, makes these experiences so much better. There is something about having a friend with you that gives you the courage to do things that you may have been afraid to do by yourself.
Speaking of adventures have you seen Maze Runner? Last year my family and I watched the movie and were blown away. Up until that point I hadn’t heard much about the movie or books, so I was going into it not knowing what the movie was about. It was one of my favorite films of 2014 and I have been eagerly waiting for the release of The Scorch Trials.

In this next chapter of the epic “Maze Runner” saga, Thomas (Dylan O’Brien) and his fellow Gladers face their greatest challenge yet: searching for clues about the mysterious and powerful organization known as WCKD. Their journey takes them to the Scorch, a desolate landscape filled with unimaginable obstacles. Teaming up with resistance fighters, the Gladers take on WCKD’s vastly superior forces and uncover its shocking plans for them all.
Maze Runner is definitely a unique movie that is full of twists and surprises and I just know that The Scorch Trials is going to blow my mind. If you are thinking of taking your family the movie is rated PG-13. We are taking my son who is 11. He read the Maze Runner series and can’t wait to see the movie in action.
