The warm summer weather is officially here and the kids are home full time for the next couple of months. I have got some things planned for us here and there to hopefully beat the summertime boredom that always seems to happen after school lets out. These S’mores are so easy to make and taste so sweet and so good. All you do to make them is place 1 peep’s mini on top of the graham cracker, place in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, place a couple of squares of chocolate on top of the Peep’s and top with another Graham cracker. Such an easy dessert and perfect for a summertime snack. The Peep’s Minis are also great all by themselves.
