This year has been a year of big changes for our family. For those of you who don’t already know we found out we were expecting our 3rd child in April of this year. Although this was completely unplanned, our whole family couldn’t have been more excited about the news. Throughout this pregnancy I have tried very hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating good foods, drinking lot’s of water and of course taking my prenatal vitamins. At 35 this pregnancy has been a lot different than the other two have and I have unfortunately it took a big toll on my body.
