There was nothing more than I looked forward to as a kid than Saturday mornings. My sisters and I would wake up early, grab a bowl of cereal and watch the newest episodes of Pee-wee’s Playhouse. It was one of the best times growing up and I loved those special mornings with my sisters. As I grew up Pee-wee always had a special place in my heart so when I heard that they were FINALLY releasing  Pee-wee’s Playhouse: The Complete Series , well I may have squealed a little.

This was definitely one of those shows that every kid growing up in the 80’s and 90’s watched every Saturday. Now that I have kids of my own I was excited to see what they thought of Pee-wee’s Playhouse. I wasn’t surprised that they loved it just as much as I did growing up. This new DVD is every episode from this hit TV show and they are all remastered so the quality is much better than I remember.

Below are some fun clips of Pee-wee’s Playhouse. I encourage you to watch them, they really bring back a lot of memories.

I think this would make the PERFECT Christmas gift for someone who is a fan of Pee-wee or even kids today. Both of my kids (ages 10 and 6) love these episodes of Pee-wee’s Playhouse.
