Last year I turned thirty and began to notice that I didn’t feel like I did in my twenties, I get tired much easier and my body just feels different. As most mom’s know we often put others, like our kids and husbands needs, before our own. I for one am horrible at picking the right choices to eat and often snack throughout the day on whatever my kids are eating. This is one of my biggest downfalls. A few months ago I decided that it was time to start making better choices by eating right, getting enough sleep and taking supplements. One of these supplements that I added about a month ago is Provella, a probiotic dietary supplement.
These different strains of bacteria help to promote your digestive, feminine and immune health. Provella is a normal sized pill, not to big and not too small, which is available behind pharmacy counters nationwide and also at drugstore.com but you don’t need a prescription to purchase Provella.
So what did I think of Provella?! Well after taking the supplement daily for the last couple of weeks I am happy to report that I feel a difference even after this short amount of time. Everyone in my family got sick last week and I was the only one who didn’t catch the bug, I’m not sure if this was because of taking Provella but it’s a pretty good coincidence that I was the only one who stayed healthy. I have never taken a probiotic supplement for more than a few days because they always upset my stomach but so far I haven’t had any adverse reactions. In fact, most of the time I take this pill on an empty stomach and even then it doesn’t cause me to get that nauseous feeling I have experienced with other supplements. I feel great taking Provella and it has motivated me to want to do more things for my body, like exercise and eat healthier.
