These last few weeks have been absolutely amazing as far as the weather goes! After a long winter and many cold months we are finally starting to enjoy being outside in the 80 degree weather. One thing that we never leave home without is sunscreen and sunglasses. I have though noticed that it is really hard to find sunglasses for kids that are actually made to protect their eyes from the UV rays, that is until I came across Baby Banz!
Aubrey was recently sent the Pink Diva Glossy Finish Retro Banz and boy of boy was she excited. She is all girl and had to put these stylish glasses on as soon as they arrived and get her picture taken.
Baby Banz was created in 2001 in one of the harshest UV climates in the world, Australia. Frustrated about not being able to find a pair of proper baby UV protection sunglasses for his baby son one Australian Dad created the original Baby Banz sunglasses. In 2002 Baby Banz was introduced into the American market and has since expanded it’s collection to include baby and toddler sunhats, UPF 50 swimwear and flap hats, cool retro banz and even ski banz for the winter.
The Retro Banz are super cute and stylish but best of all I know my child’s eyes will be protected and she will be able to enjoy being outside with us without the sun beaming in her eyes. These retro style glasses are available in baby and toddler sizes and come in 3 different colors. The glasses come in their own stylish bag which doubles as a cleaning cloth.
The lenses offer 100% UVA/UVB protection and they are pretty dark. Aubrey normally complains about the sun hurting her eyes but she never said one thing as she ran around the yard in her new sporty and stylish frames. The glasses have a side adjustable Velcro that grows with your child so they will be able to enjoy the glasses for a long time.
Aubrey just loves her new Retro Diva Banz and loves to wear them just about anywhere. I love that she is able to keep them on her head and they don’t bother her ears like the sunglasses with plastic sides. We are members to a local water park and these are the perfect way for Aubrey’s eyes to stay protected out in the sun. Great product and worth checking out for your little ones!
