We all know that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It’s one of the things that we’re taught from an early age and for good reason. A good breakfast can really help you start the day off right. Each morning, especially on school days, I try to give my kids plenty of time to eat breakfast. Sure there are days when we are busy and have to eat on the go. But most of the time I like to make sure that they have time to eat and relax before school starts. A great breakfast doesn’t have to take a lot of time to cook, you just need a good balance of things like protein, carbohydrates, and vitamin C. You can easily get all of these things with a glass of milk, bagels and fruit cups. Serve these three things on these fun printable placemats and I’d say you have the perfect breakfast.
Printable Placemats For Kids
These printable placemats for kids are the perfect way to wake you kiddo’s brain up in the morning. While they eat their breakfast and drink a glass of milk, they can play fun games like tic-tac-toe, word search and even try to find their way through a maze.
While you can easily print these for just a one time use, I would recommend laminating them so that you can use them time and time again. Once they are laminated you can use a dry erase marker to play the games and then erase once your done.
To Print: Open this PDF file and select print. I have made these printable placemats a little bit larger but you can adjust the size to print out on a 8×11 size sheet of paper in your printer settings.
After you’ve printed, next you’ll want to laminate if you have one. You’ll also need Dry erase markers to play the games.
My kids love these printable placemats and actually look forward to sitting down at the table to eat breakfast in the morning.

Childhood is all about fun, learning and growing. Kids shouldn’t have to worry about where their next meal is coming from. But unfortunately many kids do. Even simple things like milk which provide the nutrients that help power childhood activities can be hard to come by. Milk is naturally nutrient rich. It has 9 essential nutrients, including 8 grams of high-quality protein per 8 ounce serving which can help to ensure that kids have the potential to play, learn and grow. Unfortunately milk isn’t easily accessible for some people. There are more than 46 million Americans, including 12 million children, who rely on food banks such as Feeding America for food each year. Among all of the foods, Milk is one of the most requested. It’s also one of the least donated items at food banks. This means that kids who need vital nutrients such as high quality protein aren’t getting it.
You can help give children an families the milk that they need by joining the Feeding America in The Great American Milk Drive. This drive will help to deliver highly desired and nutrient-rich gallons of milk to hungry children and families who need it most. More than 14 million servings of milk have been delivered to food banks through this first-of-its-kind initiative. You can help by simply shopping at Walmart. When you shop at Walmart you can help feed a child just by purchasing 1 or more of the products mentioned above. I’d love to hear more about what you feed your kids for breakfast.
