My kids love the Poptropica and they are not alone. If you are not familiar with Poptropica, it’s a popular website for kids to explore and interact with other children across the world. It’s been around for a few years and it’s popularity has continued to grow. This series is extremely popular among kids and now that Poptropica: Forgotten Islands has arrived on the Nintendo 3DS there is even more fun to go around.
Forgotten Islands
In Forgotten Islands players will be able to explore the uncharted islands of Poptropica. They can unlock minigames, challenges and new areas as they discover the secrets of the Forgotten Islands. Each quest takes them to an island where they collect coins which you can trade in to customize your character. They also have quests to complete in order to make it to the next island. Each island is similar to one another but they are also different.
Your child can customize their character by buying new clothes, and equipment such as swords. Customizing your character is really fun all in itself. There more coins you earn the more things you can buy. This game is extremely easy to navigate and doesn’t take a whole lot of game skill to play. It’s the perfect game for kids who are just learning how to play on the 3DS.

Both of my kids have really enjoyed playing Poptropica: Forgotten Islands. I would recommend this game for kids ages 6 and up. The game is available on Nintendo 3DS and you can pick up a copy today in stores and online. The game retails for around $29.99.
