Last week I was trying to think of something fun to make for my kids. They both happen to love Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches but they can get pretty boring. Here is a fun recipe that was a big hit at our house.

School Lunch Ideas

All you need for this recipe is 3 simple ingredients: Peanut Butter, Jelly and Biscuits. You can also use honey in place of the jelly.

First place your small biscuits into a muffin pan. And gently push them out around the bottom and edges of the pan.

Now put a small amount of jelly into the bottom of your biscuits followed by a small amount of peanut butter.

Now place another small biscuit on top of the muffin cup and press the sides together so that it bakes together.
Now place your peanut butter and jelly cups into the oven at the recommended time your biscuits say to bake. Mine said to bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
Be sure to let these PB&J Cups sit for a few minutes before serving because the jelly will be HOT! Enjoy.
