Last month we visited a lake house for a few days. The house was fully stocked with kitchen supplies like pots & pans, silverware and plates. I didn’t really think much about this until we went to cook breakfast the first morning. We had our usually eggs, toast and coffee. But this particular morning we discovered Nuwave Duralon Cookware for the first time and we will never look at cookware the same way.

You might be wondering what makes Nuwave Duralon Non-stick Cookware different from other cookware. First each pan comes with Duralon® Ceramic Non-Stick Coating.  By cooking with non-stick coating, there’s no need to add any extra fats or oils to your food, that means less calories. This pan is sleek and shiny and reminds me of something a professional grade chef would use in their restaurant.

About Duralon Coating

If your not familiar with Duralon, don’t worry because I wasn’t either before using these pans. Duralon is a natural and safe ceramic material that contains no PFOA, PTFE or Cadmium. Basically things you don’t want to cook your food on. Most people don’t realize that there pots and pans contain harmful materials. I really encourage you to do the research and find out the benefits of switching to Duralon Coating.

Final Thoughts on Nuwave Duralon Cookware

We just got our new pans less than a week ago and already have plans to add more to our kitchen. I have gotten rid of all of the old pots and pans because frankly, they sucked! And the pans I had were not cheap but they were cheaply made. Food would constantly stick to them sides and it was always such a chore to scrub them clean. I haven’t had to do that at all with the NuWave Duralon Cookware. Even when we cook eggs, they slide right off the pan and clean up is a breeze. The picture below is of an omelet with cheese, ham and tomatoes. Notice how the clean the pan is!
