I can’t believe I am already into week 4 of my Nutrisystem Plan! It’s been really easy to follow the plan with the amount of delicious food that Nutrisystem offers. This week my food of choice has been the frozen pizza’s. I LOVE pizza so being able to still be able to eat the things I enjoy has made this program work for me.
I have to admit though this week I struggled with my sweet tooth. It seemed like every where I looked there was a candy bar or bag of chips calling my name. For the most part I resisted the urge but my biggest weakness is snacking at night which took its toll this week. I have noticed though over the past 4 weeks my cravings have become shorter so usually if I wait about 5 minutes and have a glass of water, the craving passes.I was a bit nervous about stepping on the scale this week but wasn’t too surprised with my results after eating a little more sweets than I should have.
This week was a minor set back but this morning I feel great and LOVED my blueberry muffin. The weather is great and I am going to start walking 3-5 times per week which I am really looking forward to. I also plan to bring you all a video showing you what some of the foods look like and how big portion sizes are.
