One in five Americans will develop skin cancer. This number is alarming but I know all to well how very real skin cancer can be. Last year I was diagnosed with Basal Cell Carcinoma. It was a shocking diagnosis but one that really made me wake up and realize that wearing sunscreen is one of the most important things you can do for your body.
