I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Little Remedies. I received product samples to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation.
One of the worst feelings as a parent is seeing your child hurt or sick. But were all human and it’s inevitable that all of us will get sick a time or two in our life. Winter is the worst for our family because between allergies and colds, it always seems like one of us is sick. I will use medicine on my kids whenever they need it but I am cautious about which types we use. The Little Remedies line of products is one of our favorites because it helps relieve fevers and cold and flu symptoms in infants and children (ages 0-11) with the fewest ingredients possible. Plus they contain no artificial flavors, artificial colors or alcohol. Basically “Everything they need. Nothing they don’t”.
With the cold weather starting to come in I have already noticed my son getting the runny nose and cough. Luckily it’s pretty minor and hasn’t really bothered him yet but just in case I’ve got our medicine cabinet stocked with Little Remedies Honey Cough Syrup. It only contains three ingredients which include honey, purified water and e-polulysine which is a natural preservative. I did a little taste test just to see what the cough syrup would taste like and I have to say it’s MUCH better than the stuff we used to have. I know for sure that when it comes time to give my kids their cough medicine they will take this without a fuss.
Cold/flu season is already here and there are a few steps that you can take to help keep your family as healthy and germ free as possible. Most importantly Wash your hands. This is the single most important way you can help avoid catching a nasty bug. Also get plenty of sleep, drink lot’s of water and take your vitamins. These things will help keep your immune system intact and able to fight off illness. But just in case your child happens to catch a bug keep something on hand like the Little Remedies.
