Who is your hero?
Alexander takes a rip-roaring historical adventure! Through his imaginative journey, Alexander discovers how great men become heroes: the roughest rider can be surprisingly gentle, a strong leader is also the most peaceful, and sometimes, being brave about what makes you different will not only help you break records, but inspire others.
Join Alexander as he learns how these remarkable men changed the world and encouraged him to find the hero within himself.
My family and I absolutely adored Jennifer Fosberry’s Book My Name is not Isabella so I was very excited to hear that she had a follow up that would now follow a little boy. The first thing about this book that I can’t get enough of is the beautiful illustrations. They are so unique and captivating that often times when I am reading the book Aubrey will make me wait a few seconds before I turn the page so that she is sure not to miss any inch of the page.
Once you get past the pictures this book tells a wonderful story of a young boy with a fascinating imagination. He goes throughout the day pretending to be hero’s from all different era’s in time.
This is a fantastic book for both boys and girls and both of my kids love for me to read this book to them at night. I also like them being able to learn about important people and the things that they have done to make this world a better place. This is a wonderful book that I would highly recommend. I can’t wait to see what Jennifer Fosberry will come up with next!
