I tend to have a love/hate relationship with my foundation. I am one of those people that has to wear makeup to look decent because I have blotchy, red skin with acne scars (courtesy of pregnancy).I am constantly trying to find the right shade of foundation and I swear it seems like my skin color changes daily because I rarely can get the color just right. I have tried just about everything and to be honest was just about to come to the conclusion that there was never going to be any hope for my skin, that is until I came across one of my favorite things of all times!

When the package arrived I couldn’t wait to set it up and see how it works. The instructions were very easy to follow and they also sent an instructional DVD so that you can see how to set everything up and get started. The video isn’t very long and I love the fact that they show you how to do everything (and even show you how not to do things).
The great thing about this airbrush system is that by having the 4 different shades it will be very easy to play around with the colors to find your exact match. I tested all four colors and found that I am a #4. This was the perfect shade because it matched my skin tone exactly. When I first started to spray it on I wanted to put on a very thin layer at first just to see how it looked. The foundation dried within a few seconds and after one coat most of my redness and scarring where diminished. I applied two more layers and my face looked fantastic. At that moment I knew why famous people look so amazing and never have blemishes.
It did take me a few times to get comfortable holding the airbrush and knowing exactly how hard to press on the button, but I quickly figured out how much pressure to get the desired look that I wanted. I also used the blush and eyeshadow and was very impressed with the look of both. I really liked the eyeshadow because it stays on all day, unlike the eye shadow I previously use.
Of all the products that I have reviewed over the past year, this one is by far my favorite. It is something that has made putting my makeup on so much more easier. I can’t tell you how much money I have spent on foundation trying to find that perfect color and know that I have this airbrush system I don’t think I will ever go back to regular makeup again. It’s also water-soluable which means it’s very light weight and you won’t have that caked on felling that regular foundation feels like.
