When your on your vacation the last thing you want to do is cook. In fact many times your so busy trying to cram all of your fun stuff into a short amount of time that in order to sit down and have a nice meal you have to sacrifice some of the fun activities. Well if your headed to the Pigeon Forge area you will have to check out the LumberJack Feud which combines an amazing show with a fresh lumber-jack style meal. We got a chance to visit the show during Brandcation a few weeks ago.

When you first walk into the stadium, your are actually walking into a whole different world. It’s a massive stage and from first glance you know it’s going to be one heck of a show. As your seated you will notice that there are two different sides, this will come to play during the show as your competing against each other. One side is competeing for the Dawson family and the other for the McGraw’s. The story of the show is based on actual events and people so that makes it pretty interesting. As the show starts your server comes around and takes your drink order, they are fantastic about making sure your cup never goes dry. Next you will get your meal served in a festive picnic basket, it’s quite a bit of food including BBQ Ribs and Chicken Breast and a delicious strawberry shortcake dessert.

The Feud features 10 different events including axe swinging, log rolling, dog jumping, tree climbing and much more. It’s an intense 90 minutes that the whole family will enjoy! And I really mean the whole family ladies!!! The performers are great about getting the audience excited and participating in the fun. It’s definintely a show that you don’t want to miss out on. After the show you can check out the gift shop which has some of the best souveniers in town. I picked up a racoon hat and sling shot for my kiddo’s and they just loved them
