The new year is here and it’s never been a better time than to try something new.  The Kraft Foods Hub is a great place to find recipes the whole family will love! This past week I used the Kraft Foods Hub to help draw some inspiration for a quick weeknight meal and that’s when I saw the Loaded Mac and Cheese Recipe. This loaded mac and cheese is a great option for lunch, dinner or even snack during the big game.

Loaded Mac and Cheese Recipe

This loaded mac and cheese recipe was found on the Kraft Foods Hub. It’s quick and easy and a great way to get a delicious dinner on the table in no time. The main ingredient of this recipe is the VELVEETA Shells & Cheese. You can follow the recipe exactly below or you can tweak it to fit your families tastes.

 

Loaded Mac and Cheese Recipe
Prep time: 15 mins
Cook time: 10 mins
Total time: 25 mins
Serves: 4 Servings
Ingredients
  • 1pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheese
  • 2 chicken cooked chicken breast, cut into chunks.
  • 1 cup cooked spinach
Instructions
  1. HEAT oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat the chicken breast in a pan and place spinach over the chicken to allow it to steam.
  3. MIX noodles, chicken, spinach, and cheese package in a large pan. PLACE mixture in small bowls.
  4. SPRINKLE KRAFT Shredded Cheese and breadcrumbs on top. BAKE for 10 min or until top is lighted browned.
