One of my families favorite snacks to eat are the KIND Bars. We were first introduced to these delicious all natural bars about a year ago and since it’s a treat that I feel good about eating you will always find a box of KIND bars in my pantry. Our local grocery store sells a variety of KIND Bars like Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt, Madagascar Vanilla Almond, Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Pecan, Cashew & Ginger Spice and I love trying out the newest flavors. Last week we got the chance to try out two new flavors from the KIND Nuts & Spices Line.  The KIND Nuts & Spices are a line of delicious whole nut and spice bars that are naturally low in sugar, high in fiber and a good source of protein. Each bar contains between 5-7g of protein and fiber with only 5g of sugar or less and nothing artificial.

The two flavors we received included:

Dark Chocolate Chili Almond
A sweet and spicy blend of mixed nuts drizzled in chocolate with a trio of cascabel, ancho and habanero chilies and provides 7g fiber, 6g protein with only 5g sugar.

Maple Glazed Pecan & Sea Salt
A sweet and salty combination of pecans, almonds and peanuts covered in maple syrup with a touch of sea salt and provides 5g fiber, 6g protein with only 5g sugar.

kind nuts & Spices Review

I will be honest when I first saw the Dark Chocolate Chili Almond flavor I wasn’t sure if I would be a fan of the spicy. I love spicy foods but when it’s mixed with chocolate it just didn’t sound like a good mix. However I really liked the combination. You can definitely taste the chili but it’s not real strong and the chocolate balances it out. My son ate about half of the bar and liked it but he needed a big glass of water after.

The Maple Glazed Pecan & Sea Salt bar was amazing and is now one of my new favorite flavors. The combination of the sweet and salty is amazing and is the perfect go to snack when I am craving a snack.

The new Kind Bars are available in stores such as Walmart, GNC and are available for the first time at Target in the Pharmacy section. You can also visit Kind Bars on Facebook for the latest updates.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
