Trying to clean the house when you have 3 kids can be a frustrating process. Somedays it seems like I can clean and clean and clean, and at the end of the day my house looks exactly the same as it did when I first started. It’s frustrating.  But every parent knows, kids are messy! After being a mom for almost 13 years I have finally come to the conclusion that less is more.  I’ve found shortcuts to help me get my home clean without spending a lot of time or energy.

Bona Free and Simple

Since almost every room in our home has hardwood floors, this is the part of the cleaning process that takes the most time. But there is a simpler way that is great for families. Bona free & Simple Hardwood Floor cleaner is my secret weapon for getting my floors clean the quick and easy way.

To clean your floors first you need to sweep or vacuum them. I like to use a vacuum that is made for hardwood floors because I feel like this saves me a lot of time cleaning them. Plus it’s easy enough for my older kids to do.

Next, and the easiest way to keep your floor clean, is by spraying them with Bona cleaner. You just point, aim and spray. Then you take a mop or rag and wipe away the dirt. It’s super easy and gets my floors looking sparkling clean. YES, even with 3 kids.

I use Bona Cleaner because it’s a product that is free from harsh chemicals. Since I have a baby that spends the majority of his time down on the floor, I don’t want to use something that could be harmful to him. So with Bona I know my floors are clean. Bona free and simple has a hypoallergenic formula that is free of dyes and scents. It’s also certified asthma & allergy friendly by the AAFA.
