I’ve partnered with Johnson & Johnson in a campaign with The Motherhood for this sponsored post. All opinions expressed are my own.
Pregnancy and giving birth are two of the most amazing things that a woman will do. But with the good also comes the not so good. Pregnancy and birth can take a huge toll on a new moms body. But for good reason. For 9 months you are growing this amazing little human being inside you, and that takes work. You can’t expect to be back to normal overnight but thankfully there are lot’s of resources to help expecting and new moms bounce back in no time.
Johnson & Johnson 7 Minute Wellness for Expecting and New MomsTM
This past week I was introduced to the newly launched Johnson & Johnson 7 Minute Wellness for Expecting and New MomsTM App which was created by the trusted baby experts at Johnson & Johnson, specifically for expecting and new moms. This new app is exactly what I have been looking for to help me with my energy levels so that I can be the best that I can be for myself and my new baby. The Johnson & Johnson 7 Minute Wellness for Expecting and New Moms™ App is tailored specifically for your needs whether your newly pregnant, almost due or just welcomed your little one into the world.
When you first sign up for the app you put in your babies due date or if they are already born their birthdate. With this information, the app is able to find the specific Mind & Body 7 Minute Workout sessions which are customized to your week of pregnancy or postnatal phase, your fitness and energy levels, and any physical discomfort you may be experiencing. These customized sessions guided by performance coach Jenn Lea help ensure your experience meets your needs.
I’ve been playing around with the Johnson & Johnson 7 Minute Wellness for Expecting and New MomsTM App for several days now and I am HOOKED! It only takes about 7 minutes but it seems like those 7 minutes really help me with my energy levels and make it easier to get through the next few hours. I can normally squeeze in the mind sessions when I am pumping and it helps me to relax and refocus. And since it’s only been a couple of weeks since the baby has born the workouts are more like stretches that are helping me body get ready for the real workouts in a few weeks. They are easy but feel great on my body.
