In 2013 the Transformers brand is getting a monstrous makeover! This is very exciting for boys all over the world, including my son Jeremy who loves the Transformers. This new toy line will feature both old and new characters with new designs.
Based on the third season of the animated series Transformers Prime, the Transformers Prime Beast Hunters finds the Autobots facing off against both the decepticons and an new enemy…the Predacons. To coincide with this new makeover, Hasbro has released a new Transformers Prime product line that is based on the new Beast Hunters. This new line will feature many of the new Predecon characters and new designs of your favorite characters like Optimus Prime and BumbleBee.
We got a chance to check out the new Predaking and it was a huge hit with my 8 year old. He has been a fan of the Transformers for years now, so it was fun for him to see and play with these new designed characters. Predaking is the Leader of the Predacons. He has all the features that a great action figure should have, including a tail that doubles as a sword and twin hydrafire missile blasters.
The new Transformers Prime Beast Hunters Voyager Class Assortment are now available in stores for around $19.99 each.
