Being a child of the 80’s I always get really excited when I see a toy, clothing or something that triggers a memory from my childhood. It seems like within the last few years I have really seen a lot of things that were popular in the 80’s coming back into kids homes. Build-A-Bear Workshop is helping to bring some of these toys back to life with the first every Make your own Pinkie Pie or Rainbow Dash My Little Pony.
These new ponies will make there way into Build-A-Bear Workshops everywhere starting April 1st! We got a chance to check out Rainbow Dash this past week. Both Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash come with their own signature cape which can be purchased separately for $13.50. The rainbow cape that comes with Rainbow Dash is adorable.
Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash both have bright and colorful manes but I especially loved the multi-colored rainbow mane on Rainbow Dash. She also has a colorful tail. Both the mane and tail can be brushed and styled for even more Pony fun. She also has a cute bundle of flowers on her left ear which is sewn on.
Build-A-Bear Workshops nationwide will be celebrating the arrival of this adorable duo with a bunch of exciting events taking place in stores April 1st through April 7th! Guests and store associates are encouraged to come dressed up in their favorite My Little Pony fashions. While your making your My Little Pony friend you can take a personality quiz, recite the pony promise and learn how to style your pony’s hair with a special care brochure. There is lot’s of fun things taking place in stores so be sure to stop by to join in the fun.
