Valentine’s Day is next week and that means valentine’s day parties at school. If you have been to the store lately I’m sure you have noticed the overload of holiday decorations and supplies, which are all marked way up! This year my five year old and I decided that it would be fun to make his own valentine’s day cards. We ordered photo cards last month from SeeHere and they turned out really cute, but my 5 year old decided that he wanted something “cool” not cute so we are going to add some special effects to the pictures on the photo cards. I really love doing crafts and special things like this with my kids because they will remember it for a long time and they don’t stay young for long so treasure the little things. Here are a few of my favorite ideas, if you have a favorite kids craft site please leave a comment and let us all know about it!
Scratch and Win Valentine Lottery tickets– Directions on how to make your own scratch off ticket!
V-alien-tine!-Alien valentine

I found all of these ideas on FamilyFun.com. You can search around and find lot’s of really neat holiday ideas.
