Cleaning is one of those things that most people hate to do. One of my missions for this year is to find ways to clean my house right the first time. My first mission was to find out how to clean a microwave quick and easy. This is one of the grossest things to clean in my kitchen, especially if something spills inside and it doesnt’ get cleaned up right away. After trying a few things I found a natural cleaning mixture that is not only super easy to make but it does an amazing job.
Cleaning the Microwave What you need:
1 Cup of Water
1 Tablespoon of White Vinegar
My microwave tends to pick up every single morsel of food that it can when I heat things up in it. It get’s especially messy after cooking anything with sauces. Below is a picture of my microwave after heating up a few pizza pockets. Pretty disgusting right. Unfortunately this mess didn’t get cleaned up right after it happened so now it is stuck on like glue. Instead of scrubbing away I decided to try out the Vinegar and Water method and see how it works.
Put the water and Vinegar into a microwave safe bowl. Set the Microwave on High for 5 minutes and walk away. After 5 minutes carefully take out the bowl and wipe down the inside with a rag. All of the grime and stuck on food wipes away.
