Holidays at the Hiltons of Branson..Part 2

As most of you know my family and I just got back a few days ago from our trip to Branson, Missouri where we stayed at the beautiful Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel. You can read all about my review of the hotel rooms HERE.
 The Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel is connected to Branson’s Convention Center and is located in the heart of Branson’s Historic Downtown. The hotel is only a few feet away from The Branson Landing, which features waterfront shopping, dining, and plenty of entertainment.
The Hotel is perfect for people traveling on business as well as families like ours. If your traveling on business you have to take advantage of The Hilton’s 24 hour business center equipped with computer workstations and copier/fax machines.

There is also an area at the front of the lobby with computer access for guests to take advantage of during their stay.

Guests of the Hotel can still get their daily workouts in at the Pecor Fitness Center which includes a variety of cardio equipment that all have personal TV’s attached! The fitness room offers free weights and a variety of other workout equipment as well.

My husband and son took advantage of the Pecor Fitness Center during our stay and both really enjoyed all of the centers features. About a year ago I paid for a local gym membership and this gym didn’t carry any of the high tech workout equipment that The Hilton does. When I visited the Fitness Center is was extremely clean also.
When my kids found out that the hotel had an indoor pool they were so ready to go swimming. Since my daughter was sick the first few days of our trip she wasn’t able to go to the pool. But on the last morning before checkout she woke up at 6:00am feeling great so as tired as I was I wanted her to be able to go swimming. With my husband and son still asleep Aubrey and I headed to the indoor heated pool that opens at 6:30am!

The pool was heated but at 6:30am it was still cool enough to wake me right up, Aubrey of course had a blast playing in the pool. The pool room also has a whirlpool hot tub that I had no problem taking full advantage of.

The hotel has a full sized outdoor pool with private pool side cabanas, but of course it’s closed for the season.

The Level 2 Steakhouse is located on the second floor of the Hotel. Although my family and I weren’t able to take eat here the food smelled delicious and the restaurant was beautiful and elegant.

The restaurants signature dish is the 28 day aged beef from Kansas City..YUM! They also have a wide variety of side dishes and desserts to please any appetite. Level 2 serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week and offers complimentary valet parking. For those who are wanting a delicious Thanksgiving feast without the cleanup, Level 2 will be open on Thanksgiving Day for Brunch from 10am-2pm.

I was really excited to learn about all of the wonderful holiday activities planned at The Hilton this holiday season.

Starting November 27-December 19th  Santa will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 9am-11am to visit and take pictures will the family. Santa will also be available in the lobby to take pictures from December 12th-December 24th from 4:30pm-6:30pm.

Mrs. Claus will be making her appearance for story time at the beautiful tree in the front lobby of The Hilton Convention Center Hotel starting November 26th-December 18th. Mrs. Claus will read a story every Friday and Saturday afternoon from 5pm-7pm. This event is free and open to the public.

Welcome 2011 with the excitement of world-class dining and entertainment with the Hiltons of Branson at Level 2 Steakhouse and Clear Lounge! Hours will be extended on December 31st so you will be able to ring the new year in with style. Guests will be treated to party favors and a glass of champagne. At the Clear Lounge complimentary Hors d’oeuvres will be served. There is a small coverage charge of $15 per person.
