Hello Kitty. If you have girl’s in your home you probably hear this name quite often, I know I do. My daughter is crazy about Hello Kitty as is most of her friends at school. In fact pretty much everywhere you turn you will find Hello Kitty in her bedroom. Now that we are gearing up for the first grade it’s time to start thinking about Back to School and I know Hello Kitty will be there with us every step of the way.
Walmart is one of my Go-To places when shopping for Hello Kitty products, especially during my Back to School shopping. I can stock up on all of the essential needs for this time of year including backpacks, lunch bags, and school clothing all from my daughter’s favorite brand, Hello Kitty. The best part about purchasing all these exclusive Hello Kitty items at Walmart is that their prices are budget friendly and many items you can’t find anywhere else.
Just this past week Aubrey found the perfect first day of school outfit which she is wearing in the picture below. She loves this dress and it’s not only super cute but comfortable enough were she can run around and still play.
This outfit is adorable and really gets my daughter excited about her first day of school. Now we just need to match it with a Hello Kitty Backpack and we are all set!
Since this is her first “official” year of school we are planning on making a fun scrapbook of fun and memorable moments that happen throughout the year. This past week she started scrapbooking with her new Hello Kitty Scrapbook which comes with everything a girl needs to make the perfect memory book. You’ve got stickers, glue, glitter, scissors and more to capture those memories for a lifetime.
In addition to the scrapbook, I thought having a diary would be a great keepsake for Aubrey when she get’s older. Walmart has an adorable Hello Kitty Diary that comes with a fluffy pink pen and lock with keys. Aubrey is learning how to write and spell things so after the year is over I plan on putting this diary back and giving it to her when she graduates high-school. It think this would be a really sweet surprise for her.
Now you can’t really talk about Hello Kitty without mentioning the toys! Oh and does Walmart have some really fun Hello Kitty toys! This Hello Kitty cash register was an instant hit in our house with it’s realistic lights and sounds. The Hello Kitty wand you see lights up and beeps when you press the button just like the ones on a real cash register. And in the eyes of a six year old, it comes with something better than real money. It comes with it’s very own Hello Kitty money and credit card.
Now to the absolute best doll, Aubrey has ever gotten (her words) The Hello Kitty Baker Doll. This is a plastic doll that has removable clothes, shoes and socks. She also has a cupcake that can be taken off and put back on her ear. The arms and legs are posable and it’s easy to play with. Aubrey has already started planning on taking her new Hello Kitty doll to show and tell at school this year.
Now that I have you all excited about Hello Kitty, I encourage you to head over to the Hello Kitty page on Walmart.com to create your own Hello Kitty avatar! Play dress up by selecting the outfit, bow, extra, adds-on and shoes of your choice. The possibilities are limitless! When you’re done, email or print your Hello Kitty avatar. This is such a fun activity especially for all those Hello Kitty fans out there.
