I am a chocoholic! Chocolate is one of my weaknesses and you will almost always find some sort of chocolate candy or other product in my house.

I was recently introduced to a Organic Chocolate company called Green & Black’s Organic. They make and sell premium organic products that are ethically sourced. Whether it’s Bars, Hot Cocoa, or Baking products all of their chocolates are of the finest quality because they believe that every step of the chocolate making process is equally important. From sourcing and using the finest organically grown cocoa beans to taking the extra time and care to bring out that distinct flavor. Using these principles is Green & Black’s Trademark.

I was sent 3 different flavors of Organic Chocolate Bars: Milk, Peanut and White.

A darker shade of milk chocolate. We use more cocoa mass in our milk chocolate than the majority of chocolate producers, therefore placing the emphasis on the chocolate rather than the milk. 
From the moment I took a bite of this bar, I was in Heaven! WOW..it was delicious and unlike any other chocolate that I have ever tasted. You can really taste the cocoa and distinct flavors that come out in this milk chocolate bar. 
With just one taste, you’ll see why our newest chocolate bar is anything but plain peanut. From the smooth, full-bodied 37% milk chocolate to the crisply caramelized organic peanuts, to the final bright hint of sea salt, every layer is more indulgent than the next. Naturally, you won’t want to share.
This one was my favorite. There is nothing that goes better with chocolate than nuts, especially peanuts. The peanuts in this bar where coated in a sweet and slightly salty mix that was melt in your mouth good. I could not stop myself from eating almost the entire bar myself. I did manage to share a little bit with my husband and he agreed it was delicious.

To make our white chocolate we use cocoa butter, pressed directly from the crushed cocoa beans. The smooth, creamy taste comes predominately from the full cream milk and Bourbon vanilla.
 I’m usually not a big fan of white chocolate..but that was before I tried Green & Black’s! Again absolutely delicious from the first bite to the last.
 The three bars that we were sent were gone in the first day! They were so good and you could really tell that a lot of time and effort go into making these chocolate bars incredibly delicious.
