A few weeks ago I started following an online fitness program called the livefit trainer workout. I’ve worked out before, but always got bored with it very quickly. But for some reason this particular workout routine really stuck with me, and I’ve been following through with it for almost 4 weeks now. The whole program lasts 3 months and it’s designed to help ease you into the gym and learn how to eat better foods for your body. So far it’s been going great and I feel better than I ever have. I have more energy and I am stronger. These things have both given me the motivation to keep going day after day.
Before I hit the gym each day I make sure that I am prepared. Preparation is the key to being successful. Below is a snapshot of my gym bag. Inside you’ll find a towel (it get’s hot and sweaty in the gym), a bottle of water, gloves, protein shake and a Playtex® Sport® Combo pack.
