About a month ago my family and I decided to take a break and eat at one of our favorite places, Pei Wei. I hadn’t yet heard about the menu change so when we stepped inside I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the great changes Pei Wei had made as far as the menu goes.
At the start of the New Year Pei Wei introduced the reFRESH nationwide which was complete with fresh new dishes, a fresh look and fresh small size entrée. Now guests can enjoy all of their old favorites as well as new fresh dishes in both a regular or small sized entree. Just a few of the new menu items include Wok Roasted Vegetable Salad, Ginger Orange Edamame and Szechuan Green Beans.
One of the reasons my family loves Pei Wei so much is because they offer a menu of fresh, high-quality Asian cuisine that is freshly prepared and wok’d to order. They feature 35 fresh, hand-cut ingredients so you can customize your meal how ever you like. Whenever I order a meal from Pei Wei I always love to add extra ingredients such as mushrooms and broccoli, and they are always more than happy to make it. You will also find a variety of gluten-free and vegetarian options on the menu as well.
One new flavor recently introduced and that I am really excited about is the Thai Lime & Chile. This new dish features refreshing citrus flavors combined with spicy Fresno chilies. You can order it as a regular or small wok’d entrée and it comes fresh served with white or brown rice. You can even order it as an entrée salad with your choice of protein –chicken, steak, shrimp or tofu.
Pei Wei has amazing food at great prices. Entrees start at just $6.39 so it’s affordable for the whole family. The restaurant features great food but also provides a lively, casual dine-in experience where you will experience flexibility, speed or the convenience of take-away service with tasty options for a quick, light lunch or relaxing dinner.
