5 Ways To Get Healthy Skin
1. Drink Water. This is one of the easiest and most important things you can do to help your skin stay healthy all year long. Aim to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day. If your like me, and water is boring, try adding fresh fruit like lemons or strawberries to make it taste better.
2. Wash your skin every night, especially if you are wearing make-up. This one is so important but it’s easy to crash after a long day without washing your face. However, you should always wash your face to remove oil, dirt and make-up. This will help prevent wrinkles, acne and unhealthy looking skin.
