This past May I was able to get a inside look into one of Disney’s hit films of 2014, Maleficent. Not only was I able to see the movie but I also got to interview the cast and director of the film and learn all about the making of Maleficent. It was a pretty incredible experience to say the least and going behind the scenes like that made me fall in love with the movie even more.
If you didn’t get chance to see the film while it was in theaters, no worries because on November 4th, 2014 Maleficent will be released on Blu-ray and DVD. The DVD will be packed full of fun extras and you will get to learn about the making of the film and get a behind the scenes look at Maleficent just like I did. The movie is really fantastic. It has such a sweet story line and I think all of us as human beings will be able to relate to Maleficent on one level or another. After seeing the film I am pretty certain that you will see she is not this horrible, evil person that she has always been portrayed as.
One of my favorite scenes from Maleficent is when she arrives at the King and Queens party in which they are showing off the new princess. Maleficent didn’t receive and invitation and it becomes a bit of an Akward Situation. Check it out.
