Avocados. I get hungry just thinking about them. Avocados are one of those foods that are versatile and can be used in just about any type of recipe. You can slice them for a sandwich, make a spicy dip, or eat them all by themselves. We always have an avocado available in the kitchen because they are a great addition to any recipe. My families favorite way to use Avocados is to slice them up and add them to chicken salad, if you haven’t tried them this way your missing out. The avocado really compliments the mixture of chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers. Even though we all like Avocados there is one family member who could eat Avocados morning, noon and night if she could. My daughter Aubrey LOVES Avocados and has ever seen she was a baby. This was actually on of the first solid foods that she would eat after she turned a year old.
Since my family all love this little green fruit so much it’s important for me to find new ways I can use them whenever I can.
