One of the goals that I have set for my family and I is to start eating healthier. Mornings are one of the hardest times for us because we like to sleep as late as possible and this really doesn’t give us much room for making a nutritious breakfast. So to make my goal attainable I have been searching for breakfast alternatives that are not only healthy but they are quick and something that I would realistically make in the mornings. Thankfully there are better options these days and eating healthier is not so out of reach. I recently picked up a box of Good Food Made Simple Oatmeal made with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon. It’s a microwavable meal that is literally ready in minutes.

Organic Oatmeal

I purchased the Oatmeal Brown Sugar & Cinnamon made with Organic Rolled Oats. The Box of Oatmeal contains two servings and cost me around $1.99. This is less than $1.00 per bowl of oatmeal which is very budget friendly. What I love most about this Oatmeal (besides the taste) is how easy it is to prepare. You don’t need anything but a bowl, spoon and a empty stomach. Simply take the oatmeal out of the plastic wrap, place it in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. That’s it! After it’s cooked you can add anything you normally like on your oatmeal like fruit, nuts, milk, etc.

Good Food Made Simple

The real test was to see what my two picky eaters thought and the decision was unanimous we all love the Good Food Made Simple Oatmeal. I am excited that I finally have an option for those busy mornings and I can feel good about what I feed not only my kids but myself.
