f there is one thing that I love about summer it’s the good old smell of BBQ cooking on the fire. I love the smell it, I love to eat it but I don’t like to cook it! It’s just so hot here in the summer that the thought of standing outside in 100 degree heat, doesn’t sound all that appealing to me. Luckily I have a secret weapon that I pull out anytime I am craving BBQ or just need a really easy meal.
This Crockpot BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich couldn’t possibly be any easier to make. It only takes 2 ingredients and literally around a minute to prepare. The crockpot does all the work, so you just sit back, relax and take in the smell of that sweet BBQ aroma.
Ingredients:
1 Bottle of KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce (Any Flavor)
4-5 Medium Frozen Chicken Breasts
Instructions:
Put the frozen chicken in the crockpot. Cover the chicken with BBQ sauce, put on the lid and cook in the crockpot on high for 4 hours.
THAT’S IT!! I told you this recipe couldn’t be any easier. After about 4 hours in the crockpot the BBQ sauce has liquified and melted into the chicken making it literally fall about. We use this shredded chicken recipe on sandwiches, Baked Potatoes, Salads and if you like you can even eat it all by itself cause it’s that good.
