It’s been a little over a month now since I’ve been using the new Verizon Droid DNA by HTC smart phone. Like any new device it’s definitely taken a little bit of trial and error to get used to but so far this phone has gone above and beyond my expectations. The phone itself is very user friendly and it didn’t take me long to get really comfortable navigating through all of the features.
One of the things that I love most about the DNA is that it’s made with just about every type of person in mind. Whether your a busy on the go mom, tech-savvy business person, or movie-buff there are features on this phone to satisfy every personality type. With so many different types of smart phones on the market it’s important that you find one that meets all of your needs and the Droid DNA does not disappoint.
When I first received the DNA I was a little surprised at how large the screen was and I hoped that I would be able to get used to such a big phone. It didn’t’ take long for me to realize that this large screen was amazing and allowed me to do so many things all from my phone. I am able to make calls. surf the net, make grocery lists, watch movies, read books, play games, and so much more. In fact I have used this phone so much this past month that I have hardly touched my iPad.
The call quality of the DNA is fantastic too and I haven’t had one issue with dropped calls. I will be using the Droid DNA for the next two months and will be sharing with you guys all of my favorites and not so favorite things about the phone. I also wanted to mention the nice surprise that Verizon included with the Droid DNA, The Otterbox Defender Series. I can not say enough about how much I love this accessory. It is truly a must-have addition to protect your smart phone and has been a lifesaver more times than I can count. The Otterbox protects your phone from a variety of accident’s like dropping on the concrete (who’s guilty of that one!). Smart phones are not cheap so be sure to protect your phone, this is a great investment.
