My Thoughts:
For me to be able to lose weight I have to have a plan in place. Someone or something to tell me what types of food I need to eat and what kinds of food to avoid. If I don’t have this type of structured plan then 9 times out of 10 the diet will fail miserably! I have really enjoyed reading Cinch! and it has some very helpful tips and a plan to help you lose weight realistically. The book contains shopping lists and a months worth of recipes that are, believe it or not, really good. I also like the fact that there are tips on what to do when you go out to a party or social gathering. This is one of my biggest downfalls when I have been on a diet. learning to eat well when your not at home.
I am really excited to start my new 30 day weight loss plan at the start of 2011 with the Cinch! Plan. This has been a terrific book so far and it has all the tools and advice that I need to get me started on losing that extra weight I have managed to pick up this past year.
Buy It: Cinch! will be available starting December 28th, 2010. You can pre-order right now on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Borders.
