I think if there is one thing that most of us can relate too, it’s our love for the sweeter things in life. I for one have a major sweet tooth and love to occasionally indulge in my favorite sweet treats such as cake, brownies, pies and more. We have already tested out almost all of the flavors from the Shirley J mugging line but my favorite so far is the Chocolate Brownie Cake. To make this you simply pour the mix into a cup, add 5 TBSP of water, mix with a fork or whisk until smooth and pop in the microwave for 90 seconds. Once out of the microwave you can add chocolate chips to the top which will melt and make a yummy icing.
The cake is super moist and honestly I didn’t think it needed any topping at all. It tasted great all by itself. If you really wanted to you could add chocolate chips or even peanut butter to give your cake a really sweet kick.
I also love the fact that these Mugging mixes are so easy that my son Jeremy who is nine can make a dessert or even pancakes all by himself. He thinks this is pretty great also.
