I have two major Caillou fans in my household so when Team Mom contacted me to see if I would like to review some awesome new Caillou toys I said “Of Course”! I honestly had no idea that they even made Caillou toys and found myself overly excited to see my kids reactions when they got to play with one of their favorite TV Characters.
We were sent the Caillou Classic Doll and the Caillou Learning Train. I almost wasn’t able to get pictures of these two adorable and fun toys because I had two very curious kids who couldn’t keep there hands away for even a few minutes. I wasn’t sure if Aubrey would recognize the doll but as I got him out of the package she started to yell, “Caillou”!
The Doll is absolutely adorable and Aubrey just loves him! This is the first boy doll that she has and she loves pretending to be his mama. His shirt and pants come off but his shoes are plastic and stay put. I think this is great because we always seem to lose the dolls shoes if they are removable.
Caillou’s body is very soft and his arm’s, legs and head are all made from vinyl which makes clean-up super easy. Aubrey just loves her new doll and loves taking him to grandma’s house, to the park and putting him in the stroller around the house.
The Caillou Learning Train was a hit with both Aubrey and Jeremy! The train comes with two cabooses that connect together and move with the wind up key on the side. It also has a removable Caillou and Rosie, they also come in 3 separate pieces which is great for hands-on play.
Excellent toys and both of the kids (even my 6 year old) had fun playing with both of these fun new Caillou toys. If you have a Caillou fan these are really fun and adorable line of toys that we keep your child entertained for hours.
