Once I plugged the iron in it was heated to the maximum of 410 degrees in about 30 seconds, talk about a time saver! My other flat iron takes a least 3-4 minutes to get warm. With the KQC-X you can do all sorts of different styles with your hair such as straighten, curl, flip or just simply tame those unwanted frizzy locks of hair that are hard to tame. This is great because sometimes when I wake up, all I want to do is smooth my hair out.
As I started to straighten my hair I was amazed at how quickly this flat iron worked. With one quick slide down my hair it was completely straight! My hair is really thick and takes a long time to straighten so this was a huge plus for me. Another thing that I was impressed with was that normally my fingers and hands will start to cramp up after squeezing on the flat iron to get my hair straight. I didn’t experience this at all with the KQC X because it heats up so much that it only took a little squeeze to get my hair fully straightened.
Above is a picture that my husband took for me of my hair straightened. This picture was taken about 6 hours after I had used the flat iron to straighten my hair. Notice how it is still completely straight with no wild frizzy hairs. I Love, love, love this flat iron and even though I am turning a year older this month I can still look younger with a great product like this flat iron!
