*I received Udi’s Gluten Free products and free coupons in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed are my own.

I got my first taste of living a gluten free lifestyle about a year ago. I had been having some stomach issues and my doctor suspected I may have some gluten intolerances so he ran some blood tests and told me to cut out foods that contained gluten. I figured that this wouldn’t be that difficult until I went shopping for gluten-free foods and found it wasn’t as easy as I thought. As hard as it is to find gluten free foods the majority of them taste awful, that is until I was introduced to Udi’s Gluten Free Foods. Udi’s has a full line of Gluten free foods and are all free of gluten, artificial flavors, colorings, preservatives or other synthetic additives.

Luckily people who want to cut gluten out of their diets have options. With Udi’s Gluten free foods you can literally have your cake and eat it too! A couple of weeks ago we were sent a box full of Udi’s Gluten free foods. Inside there were cookies, bagels, bread, chips, muffins and even hot dog buns…all gluten free. I’ll be honest I was a little skeptical about what some of these goodies were going to taste like. Would they taste like cardboard or would they be appetizing. Well I am happy to report I loved them all. The cinnamon raisin bread is amazing and I have had a slice almost everyday this week for breakfast.

The true test came when I let my picky eaters get ahold of the Udi’s food.  Neither one of them knew that these gluten free or any different from the other products that I normally buy. My son wasted no time and went right for the brownies. He LOVED them. I mean literally loved them and was so excited when I packed a few mini-brownies inside his lunch for school. Their next favorite was the Maple Pecan Chocolate chip cookies. These are soft cookies that taste great.

All of the Udi’s products that we were sent we delicious! It’s so nice to know that even if you can’t have gluten in your diet it doesn’t mean that you have to give everything you enjoy eating up. Udi’s has a great selection of gluten free foods which you can learn more about at http://udisglutenfree.com/.
