ABC’s Hit Show Resurrection: The Complete First Season Now On DVD

Last year, just by chance, I stumbled across a new show on ABC called Resurrection. I hadn’t heard much about it but just happen to be flipping channels and came across it. From the very first episode I WAS HOOKED. The show is intense and leaves you wanting more each week. I was beyond excited when I heard the news that the second season had been picked up! You know there is nothing worse than getting into a show on TV only to learn that it’s been canceled.

What happens when someone who you’ve mourned and buried mysteriously appears at your doorstep, as if not a single day has gone by? The lives of the people of Arcadia, Missouri are forever changed when their deceased loved ones miraculously return, causing them to confront the emotional depth of their relationship and what it means to be given a second chance.

I am not exactly sure when the second season will begin but I can’t wait. I have already started watching the first season over again, hoping to pick up on some clues that I may have missed the first time around. Besides being able to watch the season anytime I want I am loving the bonus features included on this DVD. These bonus features include:

• On Location in Georgia – Filmmakers and cast reflect on the place Resurrection calls home.
• Resurrection: Building a Mystery  – The show’s stars share their theories about the mystery at the heart of the series – how are the town’s loved and lost ones returning home to their families…and why?

Resurrection: The Complete First Season will be released on DVD June 10th, 2014. If you haven’t seen the show yet, this is a great chance to be able to watch all of the shows at once.
