The sun’s out, the weather has warmed up and the summer countdown has officially begun. My kiddos have exactly one week before they are out of school for the next three month and they couldn’t be more excited. We have so many different things planned for their summer break.

lemonade stand

One of their favorite things to do in the summer is have a lemonade stand. We live in an area that get’s a lot of traffic so that means, lot’s of customers. They figured out a few years ago that if they worked together they could bring in a nice amount of cash to spend on their summer fun. Last year they earned a whopping $50 for only a few hours work. If it were up to them they would have a lemonade stand everyday!

The fun part about making all that money is getting to spend it and my kids waste no time figuring out what goodies to buy. Normally they purchase fun summer items like water toys that will help them cool off in the Oklahoma heat. And since I know how important it is to stay hydrating while having fun I always try and stock up on fun drink ideas. Some of my favorites include Kool-Aid Easy Mix Liquid and Country Time Lemonade Starters.

Product Asset

What I love most about the  Kool-Aid Easy Mix Liquid and Country Time Lemonade Starter is that they are so easy and convenient. I can take them anywhere with us. To the pool, the park,  or even the zoo. Both are already presweetened so all you needto do is add water and enjoy! Best part is that they have less than 50 calories for one serving and no caffeine! Both of these products can easily be found in the beverage aisle at your local Walmart. They come in a variety of flavors including Grape, Cherry, Tropical Punch for the Kool-Aid and Half-Lemonade and Half-Iced Tea, Berry Lemonade, Classic Lemonade in the Country Time.
