If there is one thing I have a weakness for it’s chocolate desserts. You can lather chocolate on just about anything and I will probably eat it. Last week we made my homemade pizza dough recipe and had a little bit of dough left so I thought to myself what would go great on top of pizza…how about Chocolate. So with a little trial and error we came up with this super easy chocolate dessert pizza.

What You Need:
12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
1 1/2 Cups of Semi-Sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 Cups of Mini-Marshmallows
2 Tablespoons of melted butter

Streusel Topping:
1/2 cup of white all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chilled butter, cut into pieces

Glaze Topping:
1 Cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 tsp vanilla

Spray Counter with non-stick cooking spray. Combine the dinner rolls together and roll into a 11×7 inch rectangle. Place the dough on a cookie sheet or pizza pan and cover the top with plastic wrap. Let rise for around 20 minutes.

Remove wrap and press the dough down with your fingers. Poke the dough with a fork several times to prevent bubbles from forming. Next brush the top of the dough with the melted better making sure you cover the entire dough evenly. Add the chocolate chips, marshmallows and then top with the Streusel. For the Streusel: Mix the flour and brown sugar together. Cut in the chilled butter to form small crumbles.

Bake at 425 degreesF for about 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Once you take the pizza out of the oven drizzle the glaze over the top and let sit for a few minutes or until it’s cool enough to eat. For the glaze: Mix the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk together.
