I love this time of year. The weather is cooling down, the leaves are changing and Chevy is releasing their 2015 vehicles. Each year I think that Chevy can’t possibly get any better, and each year I prove myself wrong. I got a chance to check out the all-new 2015 Chevy Tahoe and let me tell you this ride is SWEET! It’s not to big and not too small, and has all the features and luxuries that both a female and male want.
Notable Features:
All-new features with inlaid doors which means a quieter ride
Cock-pit like interior for greater comfort and functionality
Onstar 4G LTE available with Wifi Hotspot
MyLink featuring an 8-inch color touch screen
Power lift gate with programmable height settings
New fold flat second and third row seats
Safety Features:
Front Seat center airbag (with front bucket seats)
Standard airbags include head curtain side air bags and seat mounted side airbags
Safety Alert Seat which vibrates when a potential crash threat is detected
Side Blind Zone Alert, Lane Change Alert, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Forward Collision Alert
Standard Rearview Camera System
StabiliTrak electronic stability controls with rollover mitigation technology
Adaptive Cruise Control with Crash Imminent Braking
One thing I always look for in a vehicle is gas mileage. The 2015 Chevy Tahoe holds up to 26 gallons of fuel and gets an average of 16 MPG in the city and 22 MPG on the highway. Not too shabby for a large SUV. It’s got plenty of leg room and personal space for everyone. You can’t have too much of that when kids are involved. The 2015 Chevy Tahoe 4WD like the one pictured above starts at around $62,000 and then you can add additional upgrades like the power sunroof, leather seats. etc..
Would I Buy This Car?
Yes! This car has all of the features, both luxury and safety that I would love for in a vehicle. Overall it gets good gas mileage and is spacious enough for our family of four including a few extra people. I love the fact that the ride is so smooth and quiet. Whenever you are driving on a busy street or highway you can barely hear anything going on outside, it’s great!
What’s My Favorite Feature?
This one was really hard but if I had to chose one thing it would be the Power folding feature which folds both the second and third row seats with the simple push of a button. This comes in handy so much more than you would think.
