Whenever I found out I was pregnant with Aubrey I was estatic. Thoughts of my little girl playing dress up, having tea parties with her friends and playing with dolls was so exciting to me and I just couldn’t wait to experience these things with her. This past week we gathered some of her best friends and had a tea party that was one of the highlights of the summer. Cadbury Ice Cream Bars and MommyParties teamed up and sent us a fantastic tea time package that included hats, a tea set and delicious ice cream bars so we could host our party. a
Inside our box of goodies for the party were beautiful hats for all of the girls. They all dressed up in their prettiest dresses and picked out a hat to go with their outfit. Before the party we spent a little time playing dress up and even gave the girls a little lipstick to wear. They all LOVED this and felt so fancy for their party.
My son even got into the fun and made the girls laugh by trying on the hats. In the end he ditched the hats and decided he would join the girls in his suit.
The girls insisted on having real tea so we filled the pot up with warm tea and let the girls scoop their own sugar and cream into their individual cups.
All of the girls, and grown-ups LOVED the Cadbury Ice Cream. They are the perfect portion for both adults and kids and with so many flavors you could even splurge and have a few.
The flavors of the Cadbury Ice Cream Bars that the girls got to choose from were English Toffee, Vanilla Chocolate , Royal Dark and Cadbury Carmello. All of the flavors are delicious but I would have to say that the girls and Jeremy’s favorite out of all of them was the Vanilla Chocolate.
Aubrey is such a photogenic girl and loves to take pictures so when I asked her to take a few with her favorite Cadbury treat she obliged. Here are just a few of the shots I got.
Overall this was a fantastic party and one that we will most definitely be having again soon. The tea party was fun but by adding the Cadbury Ice Cream Bars it made the experience so much better.
