I hope everyone had a fantastic week. I always look forward to Mondays because this is the day that I do my Menu Plan for the week. Menu Planning is a great way to make things just a little bit easier for you throughout the week because you know what your going to have ahead of time and can prepare.

Here is what is on the Menu Plan this week:

Monday: Fried Rice with Chicken

Tuesday: Goulash

Wednesday: Slow Cooker Pot Roast Sliders

Thursday: Pizza Casserole

Friday: Teriyaki Chicken and Noodle Bowl

Saturday: Taco Roll Up

Sunday: Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Menu Plan Monday

Summer Break is officially here! I am so excited about having both of my kids home for the entire summer, we have lot’s of activities planned and I have a feeling it’s going to be a busy next couple of months. My son Jeremy just turned 8 last week and he loves to help out in the kitchen so I am hoping to let him get in their and try his hand out at a few kid friendly recipes. We will see how that turns out! In the meantime here is the menu plan for this week.

Monday: Steak Stuffed Twice Baked Potatoes

Tuesday: Crunchy Lemonade Chicken Tenders

Wednesday: Chips and Chili Cheese Casserole

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Stuffed Crust Pizza

Saturday: Herb Roasted Garlic Lime Shrimp

Sunday: Slow Cooker Asian Pulled Pork Over Rice

Braided Spaghetti Loaf Recipe

Last week I threw a Backyard Bash thanks to ConAgra and made a few new recipes that I wanted to share. The one below is super easy and only requires a few ingredients. This would be something that you could easily make after work or on the weekends. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:
Cooking Spray
1 loaf (1 lb each) frozen bread dough, thawed.
2 Cans (14.5oz each) Spaghetti and Meatballs
1 Cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

Braided Spaghetti Loaf Recipe
Recipe Type: Main Entree
Prep time: 20 mins
Cook time: 25 mins
Total time: 45 mins
Serves: 10
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees F.
  2. Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside
  3. Roll the thawed bread dough into 14×11 inch rectangle on lightly floured surface. Place dough on baking sheet.
  4. Spread the Spaghetti and Meatballs lengthwise down the center of dough leaving 1/2 inch on all sides clear.
  5. Top with Cheese.
  6. Cut the sides of the dough into 12 equal strips, almost to filling.
  7. To enclose the filling, take strip from each side, overlap in center and pinch together. Continue until all strips are done.
  8. Press each end of the loaf together and fold under.
  9. Sprinkle the top with Parmesan Cheese and Parsley.
  10. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until dough is golden brown and spaghetti is hot.
  11. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into strips.

I hope everyone had a great weekend! Here in Oklahoma we have been experiencing very warmer than usual weather for this time of year so my hubby and I have been working on the yard and getting ready to start our garden. There is nothing more tasty than going out to your garden being able to eat fresh , sweet tomatoes right off the vine. I can’t wait!
